Policies

  • Our calendars are busy, people get sick, and life happens! I aim to operate with grace and understanding and do my best to reschedule sessions upon client request. When a client needs to cancel a session, cancellations should be made with at least 12 hours notice. Cancellations made within 12 hours of a scheduled session may incur a 50% cancellation fee at the discretion of the tutor. 

    On the rare occasion that the tutor initiates a cancellation, a make-up time will be offered. If a make-up time can not be found, there is no charge for the cancelled session.

    • Ensure the student is ready on time and is prepared for each session

    • Provide a distraction-free environment for learning

    • Support the student in completing assignments as needed

    • Collaborate with the tutor to create a respectful learning environment
